Intern - Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, improving internal coordination, and planning/executing company events, client engagements, and employee programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, vendor management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced IT environment.


Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, trackers, and documentation
  • As part of admin team, coordinate with internal teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership
  • Ensure timely execution of operational activities and process compliance
  • Support policy implementation and organizational initiatives

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events
  • Manage employee engagement activities, team-building programs, workshops, webinars, and celebrations
  • Coordinate client meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings
  • Handle event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ensure seamless event execution from planning to post-event analysis
  • Manage event communication, invitations, branding, and feedback collection

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and service providers for operational and event-related requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements when required
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with management to execute strategic operational initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on operational and event activities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and internal communication


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Undergraduate degree
  • Keenness to excel in operations, administration, or event management
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage vendors, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Experience in corporate event planning and execution
