Role Overview:

A Salesforce Developer (Fresher) will understand client requirements with guidance from senior team members and assist in developing and delivering Salesforce solutions as per the defined scope. The role requires foundational knowledge in Salesforce development and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Flows, Aura, and LWC.
  • Support customization of standard Salesforce functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
  • Debug, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for development activities.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Objects, Fields, Workflows, Validation Rules).
  • Knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Flows, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Understanding of OOP concepts and basic programming knowledge (Java preferred).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
  • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply).
